Hydraulic Auto Feeding & Cutting Machines
Santec has the capability to design and manufacture all kinds of Hydraulic Cutting Machines from 40T to 200T, either single-side or double-side auto in feeding arrangement. The fully balanced system is provided with board rotation system for enhanced productivity. Hydraulically operated, these machines are user-friendly and needs no special training for operation. Apart from standard cutting machines, cutting machines, we also supply custom built presses based on the client's requirements.

Salient Features
Some of the salient features of Hydraulic Auto Feeding Machines are as follows
- The machine is perfectly suitable for cutting one layer or multiple layers of leather, rubber, plastic plastics packing, textile and chemical fiber etc. with profile cutter/knife
- The operation is simple, with low malfunction, strong cutting pier and high cutting speeds.
- Double oil cylinder and precise four-column automatic balance connecting rod structure, which provides absolutely same cutting depth of each cutting position.
- When pressing the cutting board, the machine con cut automatically and slowly to make no size error between the uppermost layer and the uppermost layer of the material
- User friendly control with safe operation High cutting force, steady cutting action multi level cutting in single stroke linear movement with vibration free and noiseless operation
- Adjustable forward and backward pressure: you con adjust the toward and backward speed easily.
- For feeding board/fabric - the movement is linear hence noiseless &vibration free.
