Salient Features :

Accurate Pressure Control

The press uses double-acting cylinders to close the press and apply pressure uniformly across the entire platen surface. The double-acting cylinder design provides better and superior control of hydraulic pressure during the up and down movement. A highly precise hydraulic unit comprising of pressure transducer will allow you to accurately set the required pressure. The system also gives you the capability of gradually romping up the pressure on you r product, this is specially useful while laminating more sensitive materials.

Accurate temperature control

The Electrically Heated Platen is provide with multiple temperature control zones to achieve maximum uniformity of temperature across the platen surface. Each control zone has a platen thermocouple that feeds book to the temperature controllers, so that we have instantaneous responses necessary to ensure accurate temperature control.

Mechanical Design

Precision machined and welded steel vacuum chamber design Jar optimum visual product monitoring. Head and bolster plates are ground flat to 0.05mm/meter) for optimum platen parallelism.

The upper (head) bolster is water cooled to prevent heat transfer to frame structure and hydraulic system resulting in precise, repeatable processing profiles. Hinged Aluminum front vacuum door. for easy access to the press chamber. Rear vacuum door provides access to the Hot Press chamber.
